Images Title
This is a BINGATA-dyed winter costume for boys. The design depicts that wisteria and chrysanthemums hang down from MATSUKAWABISHI (lozenge-shaped chains), and flowing water, sweet flags and chrysanthemums are on the hem of a yellow cloth. It is the symbolic color of the royal family. A style, several different patterns were connected to make a big pattern from shoulders to hem, was used for the costumes of the royal family and upper-class warrior families.
