This is a BINGATA-dyed summer costume with a pattern of drooping cherry blossoms in the hemp leaf-patterned mist, and how swallows fly from cherry blossom to cherry blossom was expressed on a white ramie cloth. A difficult dyeing technique called RYOMENZOME (two-sided dyeing) was used for this costume. In RYOMENZOME, a pattern is laid out in the same position on each side of cloth.
