Lined costume in BINGATA dyeing.

Overview

This is a BINGATA-dyed winter costume for women. Outer material depicts wood grain patterns, shells, algae, plum blossoms, maple leaves and others on the blue background. Auspicious patterns – including flowing water patterns as seen in Noh costumes, cranes and pine trees –, cherry blossoms and maple leaves are sumptuously depicted on a purple lining. This costume expresses gorgeousness in addition to serenity.
